Terms of Service

Private System These Terms govern administrative access to the internal portal hosted on bigdealsupplyadmin.online (“Portal”). The Portal is restricted to authorized personnel of BIGDEALSUPPLY LLC (“Company”).

1) Scope & Acceptance

By accessing the Portal, you confirm that you are an authorized Company representative and agree to comply with these Terms, internal security policies, and applicable laws.

2) Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

• Use the Portal solely for legitimate Company business.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the system.
• No data scraping, bulk export, or local caching of regulated data beyond operational necessity.
• Do not upload malicious code or use the Portal to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

3) Accounts, Credentials, and MFA

• Accounts are individual and non-transferable; shared credentials are prohibited.
• Strong passwords (12+ chars) are required; multi-factor authentication (TOTP) is supported and may be mandated.
• You must promptly report suspected compromise and follow Company incident procedures.

4) Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

All non-public information accessible through the Portal is Company Confidential. You may use such information only for authorized purposes and must protect it from disclosure. All software, content, and documentation in the Portal are owned by the Company or its licensors.

5) Third-Party Services

The Portal may rely on secure hosting, email, CDN/WAF, and similar providers. Such subprocessors are bound by contractual and technical safeguards consistent with our policies.

6) Amazon DPP & SP-API Compliance

Where the Portal interacts with Amazon services (e.g., SP-API), users must comply with Amazon’s terms and the Company’s controls that align to Amazon’s Data Protection Policy, including (without limitation):

• Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (industry-standard algorithms, e.g., AES-256) for regulated data.
• Least-privilege access, periodic access reviews, and secure secrets management.
• Data minimization: store only what is necessary and retain no longer than required (e.g., ≤30 days after order fulfillment unless law requires longer).
• Secure deletion/disposal and timely incident reporting per Company policy.

7) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for security, policy, or legal reasons. Upon termination, you must cease access and follow instructions for return or deletion of Company data.

8) Disclaimers

The Portal is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Portal.

10) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the Company for losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Portal.

11) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to administrators. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
